Daan

Daan joined INGEN HOUSZ in 2022, after having worked for almost five years at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek (M&A). He focuses on the entire business life cycle and has a deep understanding of angel, seed, venture and growth capital financings, as well as cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He advises (high-growth) startups as well as institutional investors investing in startups, and has particular insight on the technology sector including AI, deep tech and the energy transition.

 

Daan holds degrees in both law and business administration. He also participated in the VC Whale Academy, a 6-month programfor young venture capitalists by industry professionals.

 

Daan regularly gives trainings to VC fund analysts and associates regarding VC deal terms and cap tables.
