Daan acts as legal consultant for clients of INGEN HOUSZ in the fund formation & fund investment practice. He advises clients on the legal and regulatory aspects of investing in (VC) funds and advises fund managers on the establishment of funds and investment structures.
Daan previously worked 7,5 years as a lawyer at Clifford Chance (Amsterdam and London) where he focused on fund formation & fund investment for larger PE and institutional investors.
Daan combines his work at INGEN HOUSZ with being a co-founder of a startup.
