The Catawiki investment is made by Permira’s Growth Opportunities Fund, a Permira fund that takes minority stakes in tech businesses and has previously invested in Klarna, the Swedish buy-now-pay-later start-up used by online retailers.

Other investors in EclecticIQ include Ace Management, Capricorn Partners, Arches Capital, INKEF Capital, Keen Venture Partners and KPN Ventures.

IH acted as counsel to the company in this funding round. Satelligence combines satellite data, AI and local expertise to help monitor deforestation.
